Halloween Real Estate

Halloween events are one of the many ways to market your real estate business.

Halloween is upon us and this spooktacular holiday presents many great opportunities for connecting with your communities and getting your Real Estate brand out there. Here are 5 great ideas to market your Real Estate business in a fun way during Halloween:

1) The Popular Pumpkin Giveaway – Every REALTOR® that we have met who has done a Pumpkin giveaway finds that year after year the quantity of pumpkins given out to their respective communities increases. The best part of this is that your community see’s you as a contributing and integral part of the community, and you get the benefit of personally meeting the people, their families who live in the area.
Think bigger – Tie in a charity to help a cause at the same time. Ex. Food donations or cash donations for a special charity.

2) Halloween Office Party Invite past clients and friends to a Halloween inspired party. Create a theme that resonates with your clientele, Zombie Bazaar, True Blood Extravaganze – you name it! A Halloween party gives you an opportunity to relax and enjoy a social evening with people who have enjoyed with working with you – and hopefully their friends who can become potential clients in the future. Decide if it will be an Adult Only or Family Fun affair.

3) Haunted House People love the terror and fun of entering a “haunted” house. It can be fun for all ages and when executed well can be truly memorable. Host it in your office or look to partner with your Community Hall and host it there.

4) Goodie-Bag Giveaway Just like the pumpkin giveaway, offer Free goodie-bags (with your branding of course) to all the kids to use while scouting out some yummy candy.

5) Costume Contest Host a costume content! Have people send in pictures to compete for the Top Costume in various categories! We hope these ideas get you started on thinking about all the fun ways Halloween can help build your Real Estate business exposure!
