Clean it

- Tile grout dirt, obliterate it.

- Family photos move to boxes in the basement. Family photos can be distracting to potential buyers.
- Closets get cleaned out too. STORAGE SELLS and buyers will want to see all the storage you have so, show it off with clutter free closets.
- Minimal Decor. We’re talking barren. You want people to picture moving in, they aren’t able to do that with your stuff everywhere.
- One room should have one purpose. Make it easy for buyers and your simplicity shall be rewarded.
Make Your Curb Appealing
The first thing your potential buyers are seeing? The outside of the house. Increase the likeliness they will walk in the door.
- Mow the lawn – in the summer. Make sure the flower beds are well kept and everything looks tidy. Kill the weeds and grass growing between your concrete drive/walkway.
- Shovel the sidewalk/driveway – in the winter. Trudging through snow is not really appealing to anyone, especially to people who are looking to buy your home.
- Clean your porch of any unnecessary things. Remember, clutter does not sell houses.
- Power wash the outside. Clean, clean, clean.
