Twenty-something years ago, you wouldn’t even dream of advertising a property online. Now thanks to developments in technology, REALTORS® can expand their market reach. During the last few years, information sharing and networking tools have grown in popularity. Social media is all the rage with websites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. By the way, those sites are all excellent ways for agents to target certain demographics!

But what about photo sharing sites? You know…Instagram, Flickr, Photobucket and Pinterest. Are they annoying phone applications, meant for adolescent kids who want to share pictures of their latest shenanigans? Or, can they be used to a REALTOR’S® advantage?
