Chocolate, Vanilla or maybe even Cotton Candy? What’s your favorite ice cream flavour? There are always so many choices when it comes to what will satisfy your “sweet” tooth… What to choose…hmmmm!!!
Regardless of the choices though, I don’t know about you, but I always go back to my favorite ice cream flavours time and time again, because I know that I will be happy with my choice.
Have you ever asked yourself – “If I was an ice cream flavour, what flavour would I be?” Or maybe you are thinking – “How does this an ice cream analogy have anything to do with Real Estate Marketing?”
Truth be told, this is the very essence of Niche marketing and a way to look at building your personal Real Estate brand from another perspective.
To first understand how to develop your own “Niche” market – it is first important to gain a full understanding as to what “niche” means.
” Niche – pertaining to or intended for a market niche; having specific appeal”
Just like ice cream, developing your “niche” market: WILL NOT SATISFY EVERYONE! It will however, SATISFY MANY! Those that “appeal” to your Niche will also enjoy a more memorable and enjoyable experience – because you represent yourself, your brand and your business in such a way that specifically appeals to them.
