It’s important to think about your website in the same way. For your website to be effective, it needs to project some of that same personality, experience and skill.

1. Personalize your Buyers Services – What do you offer your buyers that other Agents don’t? Frequent communication via text or calls?  Free use of a moving van? Limousine service to  look at properties? Give them a sense of what makes you the right person to help them find their home.

2. Advertise your marketing services – Similar to what you do for buyers, but what do you do for Sellers that is out of the ordinary? Do you hire a professional photographer to take great looking photos? Are you a certified home stager? What makes you qualified to help someone sell their most valuable asset?

3. Add some Client Testimonials – Let your clients do the work for you! They have great stories about how you helped them with arguably the biggest financial decision of their life! Maybe the moved from out of province, maybe it’s their first home! Add a Photo or Video to capture their emotion, and their stories will resonate with your clients (and prospective clients!)
