Though it may not initially seem like it, Valentines Day is a great opportunity for Realtors® to strengthen relationships with current clients and touch base with leads that have been off the radar for a long time. In addition to that, it serves as a terrific time to show staff and team members that their work is valued and appreciated.
Here are some quick ideas to help any Realtor® market to their clients and share the love with their team members this Valentines Day:
1. Send a thank you note
2. Update your social media accounts with a Valentines Day greeting and image
3. Surprise your team members with gift cards to their favorite coffee shop
4. Send flowers to your valued clients and thank them for working with you
5. Send chocolates to your neighbours. This is a great way to indirectly network and get your name out there as the Realtor® in the neighbourhood.
6. Take your team or business partners out for lunch
7. Have valentines day chocolate and candy at the office for everyone to enjoy
8. If you have an open house on Valentines Day, have heart shaped cookies for visitors
9. Grabs some fun decorations from the local dollar store to decorate the office for the day
10. Send a bottle of wine to your most recent clients
