EREB’s Change To Display Requirements
As of December 16th, the Edmonton Real Estate Board has implemented the following display changes to all IDX Listings…
All listings on websites shall identify the name of the Listing Agent and Listing Firm:
- in typeface not smaller than the median used in the display of listing data;
- in the same colour as in the display of listing data;
- above the first line of the display of any listing data; and
- indicated with Courtesy of “listing agents name” of “listing firms name.”
This requirement applies to all applications including Mobile, Web, and Desktop browsers. All listings that begin with the letter E in the MLS® number must adhere to the new rule.
