If you are running behind for a meeting transform that “Oh no I’m late! This is horrible!!” to “Yes, I’m running behind but I’ve let them know and once I get there I will work twice as hard and the rest of my day will be great. No problem.” It’s a tough strategy to master, but with a little bit of practice you can become a pro.
