For the website, Redman’s designers drew heavy inspiration from Kennedy Real Estate’s existing green apple branding. The apple representing the shiniest ‘house’ in the bunch. While researching their brand, a piece of existing marketing that featured a green apple sitting on the arm of a bright orange couch stood out from the others. This orange, green, and lush apple theme was used to give Kennedy Real Estate a fresh, bold look. Custom content, styling and imagery create a client experience different then most REALTORS®.

In addition to the apple, the spunky auburn colored Yorkie nicknamed Poochie is carried through-out the site, expanding into the Kennedy Team’s new print marketing. Originally destined to only be seen on the Pet Friendly Condo Search page, Poochie became an instant favourite of both the Kennedy and Redman team. As a mascot for Kennedy Real Estate, Poochie has become a memorable cue to their clients that they are lifestyle specialists. (and really, who can resist Poochie?)

To further focus on the lifestyle aspect of the Kennedy’s brokerage model, a big feature of the site is the custom lifestyle based searches. Redman created a section of the site that easily allows Kennedy’s clients to look for a condo, house, or apartment that fits their lifestyle. Each lifestyle search has an up-to-date list of properties that suit a specific lifestyle including pet-friendly condos, fix-and-flip homes, houses with basement suites and adult-only condominiums and townhouse complexes.

To help their clients connect with the agents, Redman Tech wanted to create something fun and enchanting that allowed the agents to show why they are lifestyle experts. A bold unconventional photo of the agents with green apples acts as a gateway to each REALTORS® personal bio and some fun facts about them. This non-traditional approach allows Kennedy’s clients to connect with the agents through the site before they meet in person.
