Our new and improved Real Time Saved Searches target your client’s specific needs, and only emails them the information impotent to them.
This updated feature is currently only available to clients in Calgary, Edmonton, Nanaimo, Palm Springs, Saskatchewan (Including sub-boards), Vancouver (The greater Vancouver Area, Fraser Valley, and BC Northern sub-boards) and Victoria.
The email notifications themselves have been updated to include more details about the properties, and now include a property photo, the price, the community, the style of home, and the time and date the search was saved.
Not only does our new format provide more details about the properties, it also allows you or your client to choose the frequency of the notifications. You can now have notification emails sent to you each and every hour, four times a day (Approx 7am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm), or just twice a day.
Every client has the opportunity to customize these notifications settings to a frequency that suits them best. If you are unsure of what setting would best fit you or your clients needs, leaving the option blank will default you to the Redman standard of twice daily.
