Get the word out about who you are, what you do and ultimately how you can help your potential clients! Here is a simple list of ten to get you thinking:
1) Word of Mouth – Tell Everyone about your website as this is usually the easiest way to drive traffic.
2) Whatever you do, make sure that your URL is on EVERYTHING!!! This includes business cards, letterhead and anything else that remotely relates to your business. Remember, you have to make it easy for people to find you online.
3) Utilize Redman’s built in Search Engine Tools and or Hire us to help. Make sure to update and change your page titles, metatags, and descriptions for every page. The key to success with this is to keep your content fresh and up to date.
4) Improve your sites relevancy to potential customers by keeping up to date with what they are interested in. Use your website and or blog to highlight important topics in your market.
5) Make sure your URL is correct and updated on both REALTOR®.ca and your companies (you have no idea how many people forget to do this…)
6) Promote your URL online through advertising on Search Engines and or websites that attract a similar demographic. Need help in this, we can help!
7) Exchange links – with people you work with, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, homestagers and REALTORS® outside of your market. Ask us how to add them to your website.
8) Sign Wavers – make sure your URL is clearly visible on all your signs and give people a reason to visit the website. Ex. View this home online. (Typically this costs less then $10.00 per listing) Even better, get a custom URL for each listing and direct it to your Redman personal listing website. (Don’t know what this is, give us a call)
9) Market your website to niche groups – Such as Potential First Time Buyers (send ad mail to rental units telling them about your first time buyers guide online and or to a blog article on why its a good time to buy), or advertise foreclosures and estate sales to investors who you can meet at investor meetings happening across your city.
10) Utilize the online and real world by commenting on others blogs, Yahoo answers, Facebook groups or scout local Meetup’s in your area that are of interest to you.
